The focus of this new and exciting project will be on the young people enjoying themselves through the arts, creativity and learning about different art cultures and empowering young people to become more socially engaged, increasing their creative abilities improving communication skills and self esteem. They will work towards performance and showcases within their local community, participating in events like the OBON Japanese Festival, Carnival of Colours, Trip to the Trail  and parades and celebrations

                       

 

The programme will be delivered on a Wednesday from 9.30am- 2.30pm based initially at the Nerve Centre, utilising all the facilities that the Nerve Centre have. It will complement our Day Opportunities programmes on Mondays & Tuesdays, it will be young person led and participants will take part in a variety of meaningful programmes.
